Wow.And so it begins: Claudia Llosa's run as the most decorated Peruvian director continues as Peru makes it for the first time to the Oscar ceremony. Up against films from Israel, Argentina, France and Germany, the real question is... will we get to hear Quechua in Los Angeles?
